Welcome to The Belvedere!

The space is a custom designed, modern "smart home" condo, with an Asian/Boho/Modern fusion feel, lots of amenities, west facing views off the large deck of the mountains with huge windows all around with incredible natural light. Located in the heart of Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood, near the Denver Art Museum, the Capitol, tons of restaurants, coffee shops and art galleries, just across the street from the Cherry Creek bike path.

Outside: There are chairs and a table on the balcony. It's a great place to have coffee or surf the internet on our very fast Wi-Fi.

Bedrooms: The home has 1 bedroom with a master bath and a walk-in closet. There is a comfortable king size bed, a closet to unpack your all your clothes for longer stays, and the walls are decorated with art and photography.

The condo is beautifully decorated, with updated bathrooms, new washer/dryer, custom paint, furniture and art.

Office: The condo also has a great desk so you can set up your laptop, and there is a color laser printer for your use.

Living Room: a great place to hang out, play games, watch the SmartTV (Netflix and various streaming services), or just relax.

Kitchen: Fully equipped including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, silverware, spices, olive oil and more.

Laundry: You will find a brand new washer/dryer with steam, along with an iron and ironing board.

Bathroom: There is a full size master bathroom in the bedroom, plenty of towels, toiletries if you forgot any, and in the shower is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a beautiful second bathroom with a shower just as you enter the condo.

Parking: There is one reserved parking space in the garage.

I will always be monitoring the app to answer questions and help out with general information about the area, including local restaurants, the downtown scene, shopping, best routes to bike, where to go for day trips, as well as neighborhood resources like stores and parks.

We are in the Golden Triangle, home to the Denver Art Museum and several other museums, as well as great restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, and much more. We are just steps from the Cherry Creek path, which gets you onto miles of paved walking/running/biking. Three minute armor downtown, 2 minutes from the Capital Building, 8 minutes from the Cherry Creek Shopping District, this is the best neighborhood in Denver!

We are just a few blocks from Denver's extensive Bus and LightRail transportation system, and there are scooters everywhere. I also highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft, and there is private in garage parking for one car.
